Hygienic concept New start with caution
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Ayurveda and Wellness Hotel Fontana in Bad Kissingen. Maybe a little different than usual, but certainly not less cordial. We are adapting our hygiene concept according to the current regulations of the Free State of Bavaria and have compiled all the important information for you. Arrival regulations
The current regulation of the state government states that our guests must present either a negative coronal test not older than 24 hours upon arrival. Guests who are not vaccinated need a new PCR test or rapid antigen test every additional 72 hours.
If you are recovered, your PCR test must have been performed at least 28 days ago but no more than 6 months ago. We kindly ask you to carry the corresponding proofs with you and to present them to us.
In Bad Kissingen, there are a number of free testing stations where you can be tested several times a week. Our team will be happy to help you at any time with any questions and will find the closest station for you. At our hotel, you can take a paid rapid antigen test upon arrival and during your stay, which meets the current requirements and is listed by the BfArM.
Stay at the hotel
We ask that you follow the rules of distancing, hygiene and wearing a mask throughout your stay at Hotel Fontana: In all our public hotel areas (lobby, corridors and elevators) it is mandatory to wear FFP2 mouth-nose protection. In addition, a safe distance of 1.5 meters from other guests must be maintained to protect against infection. You will also find disinfectants in many places in our hotel.
Behavior in case of illness
If you feel any signs of illness, please call our reception immediately. We will discuss the further procedure together.
Gastronomy
We will be happy to spoil you with culinary delights in our indoor gastronomy and outside on the terrace. For your safety and ours, please wear a mouth-nose protection (FFP2 mask) and adhere to the distance rules. At the table, of course, no mouth-nose protection is necessary. Our tables are set up with the required minimum distance and are cleaned after each use.
Ayurveda & wellness
Our Ayurveda and spa team looks forward to spoiling you with a versatile offer of soothing treatments and body rituals again: You can choose between relaxation packages, a short trip to India, Ayurveda impressions or a Panchakarma cure. Please make an appointment at our reception for your relaxing time-out.
There are air purification systems in the treatment room and thorough disinfection takes place after each treatment.
Gym
Our in-house gym is open for you with a limited number of people.
